SHEGO paddles are designed and tested by SHEGO in Australia and manufactured by specialist paddle suppliers overseas.

Each paddle is made to our product specifications, including our preferred materials, grip size, colours, artwork and performance feel.

The SHEGO Comfort Control Paddle is our premium control-first pickleball paddle, designed for women who want a softer, more comfortable and more enjoyable feel on court.

It is made for social players who want more than a basic fibreglass paddle, but do not want a hard, high-powered performance paddle that feels too firm, fast or unforgiving.

The SHEGO Comfort Control Paddle is designed with a foam core, rather than a standard honeycomb core, or fibreglass, for a softer and more comfortable feel on impact.

Many honeycomb and all fiberglass paddles can feel firm, hollow or harsh, especially during longer games. The foam core helps create a smoother, more forgiving feel, with less harsh vibration through the hand and arm.

It also features a carbon surface, gritty texture, 16mm thickness, soft cushioned grip and 4.2 inch grip size — all chosen to support comfort, control and feel-good play for women.

16mm core
A thicker core helps create a softer, more stable feel. This supports control, touch and comfort, especially during dinks, resets and longer rallies.

Carbon surface
The carbon face gives the paddle a more premium feel than a basic fibreglass paddle. It helps with control, spin and ball placement.

Gritty surface texture
The textured face helps grip the ball so you can create more spin and shape your shots with more control.

Thermoformed construction
Thermoforming helps create a stronger, more durable and more stable paddle structure with a more consistent feel across the face.

Foam core
Instead of the common fibreglass or honeycomb core, the SHEGO Comfort Control Paddle uses a foam core for a softer, smoother and more comfortable feel on impact.

Comfort grip
The soft cushioned grip is designed to feel comfortable in the hand and help reduce over-gripping.

4.2 inch grip size
A slightly smaller grip size is often better suited to women’s hands. It can help the paddle feel easier to hold, manoeuvre and control.

The SHEGO Carbon Control paddle has a comfortable 4.2 inch grip size, designed to suit many women’s hands.

A grip that feels comfortable can help you hold the paddle more naturally, reduce over-gripping and enjoy better control. If you prefer a slightly larger grip, you can add an overgrip.

SHEGO ships Australia-wide from within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery within Australia is usually 3–6 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for express shipping, where available.

International shipping may be available by arrangement. Please email letsplay@shego.com.au before placing your order so we can confirm whether shipping is available to your location and provide an estimated shipping cost.

SHEGO offers a 14-day return policy on eligible unused items. Items must be returned in original condition, with packaging where possible and proof of purchase.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

We inspect paddles before they are shipped. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your paddle arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at letsplay@shego.com.au.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging so we can assess it quickly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Keep an eye on your tracking updates so you know when your SHEGO parcel is due to arrive.

Please email letsplay@shego.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. You can request an exchange if you are within the returns period.

Wipe the paddle face after play with a dry paddle eraser. Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh cleaners, solvents or scrubbing brushes.

The gritty carbon surface helps with spin and control, so regular gentle cleaning helps keep your paddle feeling fresh. We suggest cleaning after every game.

SHEGO Comfort Control paddle is thermoformed (using a hot press) so it is built for durability.

How long your paddle lasts depend on how often you play, how you use it and how well it is cared for.

To help extend its life, keep it in a cover, clean the face regularly, avoid extreme heat and do not use it to hit hard objects like tennis balls, fences or court surfaces.

Yes. Paddle grips naturally compress and wear over time.

You can replace the grip or add an overgrip when it starts to feel slick, smooth or less comfortable. A fresh grip helps your paddle feel secure, comfortable and easy to control.

Yes. SHEGO paddles are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, heat damage, cosmetic wear or damage caused by hitting hard objects.
