Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
SHEGO currently ships Australia-wide.
Orders are dispatched from Western Australia.
If you are located outside Australia, please email letsplay@shego.com.au before placing your order. International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, with all shipping costs payable by the customer.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders containing multiple products, such as paddles, paddle covers, pickleballs, accessories or bundle items, may arrive in separate shipments and on different delivery dates.
During peak periods, promotional launches, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within Australia:
Standard Shipping: typically 3 to 6 business days
Express Shipping: typically 2 to 3 business days, where available and selected at checkout
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, including remote or regional areas.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Transit time begins once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may also be extended during peak sales periods, public holidays, severe weather events, or carrier disruptions that are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products in your order, and your selected shipping method.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, delivery location and selected shipping method.
If a free shipping promotion is running, this will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Free shipping promotions are available for a limited time only and may be modified, extended or withdrawn at SHEGO’s discretion.
For international orders arranged on request, all shipping costs must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST where applicable.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where tracking is available.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates so you know when your parcel is due to arrive and can make any delivery arrangements required.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
SHEGO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may:
- Pay for re-shipping; or
- Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact letsplay@shego.com.au within 7 days of confirmed delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate the delay with the shipping carrier.
If you choose Authority to Leave, also known as ATL, at checkout or directly with the shipping carrier, SHEGO is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, SHEGO is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery has been completed to the address provided at checkout.
While we will always do our best to help, SHEGO is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
SHEGO offers a 14-day return policy on eligible items.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
