Your SHEGO paddle is made with a gritty carbon surface designed to help with spin, control and feel. To keep it playing beautifully, treat it like the good gear it is.

Surface Care

Wipe the paddle face after each game with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth.

Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh cleaners, solvents or scrubbing brushes. The textured carbon surface helps generate spin, and rough cleaning can wear it down over time.

For best results, clean your paddle regularly so dust, court grit and ball residue do not build up on the surface.

Play Care

Your paddle is made for pickleball — not for hitting hard objects.

Avoid using your paddle to hit tennis balls, scrape balls off the court, tap fences, knock shoes, or hit other hard surfaces. Hard impact can damage the surface, compress the inner core and affect how the paddle feels and plays.

Storage

Keep your paddle in a cover between games to protect the surface and edges.

Avoid leaving your paddle in extreme heat, direct sun for long periods, or inside a hot car. High heat can affect the paddle materials, grip and core performance.

Store it somewhere cool, dry and protected when not in use.

Grip Care

Grip tape naturally compresses and wears over time.

Replace your grip when it starts to feel slick, smooth or less comfortable in your hand. A fresh grip helps you stay relaxed, comfortable and in control.

Warranty

SHEGO paddles are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, impact with hard objects, heat damage, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by improper care.

To start a warranty claim, email letsplay@shego.com.au with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the paddle.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the original packaging where possible
• Returned with proof of purchase
• Not damaged, marked or altered after delivery
